Return and Refund Policy

  1. All Sales Are Final:  We do not accept returns or offer refunds or exchanges for products unless you received the wrong item. We encourage you to review your order and all photos/descriptions carefully before completing the purchase. If you believe there was an error in your order, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will work diligently to resolve the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

    2. No Warranties except as to Authenticity:  All items are purchased "AS IS". The only warranty provided will be a guarantee of authenticity. We do not offer any warranty on workmanship, longevity, future wear or tear, or future defects. The purchaser assumes full responsibility of each item purchased. Please note all items marked as “New” are still pre-owned as they are not being delivered directly from the boutique. Therefore, they may have minor cosmetic imperfections such as small marks, scratches, and/or dust from handling. Sense of smell may also vary from person to person, and scent is up to individual perception. Because all items, even those marked as “New” are still pre-owned, having traveled various environments, we try our best to report any discrepancies but we will not be responsible for odors and unfamiliar scents. 
     
    3. Damaged or Missing Items: All packages are shipped fully insured, tracked, with adult signature required, and to the shipping address only. In the event that you receive an item damaged from shipping, or encounter a delivery issue, please contact us and the shipping carrier immediately and retain all packaging and materials to facilitate their claim resolution process. We are not responsible for any shipping carrier issue, and we will work with you diligently to locate the package. Since all sales are final, if a delivery is attempted but the package is not accepted/returned by the customer for whatever reason, we will charge a 20% restocking fee to cover shipping and associated costs.

4. Return Process: If we determine that a return is necessary due to an order error on our part, we will provide our return adress and detailed instructions on how to return the item. It is important to follow these instructions to ensure a smooth return process. The returned item must be in their original condition, unused, and with any packaging and security tags intact. Please note that refunds may take a certain period to process and appear on your account.
